Question about wedding dresses?
Im curious about the whole white wedding dress thing (sorry question mark isnt working, it shows up as É)
I heard if you dont wear white, it means your not a virgin anymore (I understand most people who wear white arent either) but if Im saving myself until Im married, would I be able to wear a dress with another colour on itÉ... or would my guests be looking down at me since its not like something Im going to be sharing to everyone lol
this is more out of curiosity... marriage is still years away lol
Whether or not people might look down on you greatly depends on your social circle and family. Those who know you should know that you're a virtuous woman and should have no problem with your waring a different color. By the way I applaud you for remaining a virgin until marriage. As a woman who did so too, I understand how difficult it can be at times.
I'd recommend getting the wedding dress you want and letting your grand parents know you're still pure so they don't get confused.
Another option is to present your parents with a purity item, such as a ring or white cloth, during the ceremony. Those who would be concerned about your non traditional dress should understand the significants of this.
Congratulations on making it and I can guarantee you, you'll be happy you waited until you were married.
